Front Page Changes (+0/0). - 23/02/2019 Yioop Software Help

Hello I have installed this script and would like to make changes to the front page setup but can't workout which html file it is that needs to be modified.
I want to bring the links at the top left to underneath the search bar and place most of the ones currently under there at the bottom footer section including the Developed By link.
Also the background image if displayed to the far left and would like to center it over the search bar as well.
From what I can of the results page I also want to make changes there as well including adding sponsored ads on both these pages to the right.
I am implementing this script within a wordpress network site and my question is for crawling purposes will using the main sites URL mysite.com be enough to crawl the entire network site including all sub-sites like subsite.mysite.com or do I need to add each one individually.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

From what I've seen, there is no "html" to be modified. Yioop doesn't seem to have any kind of template items that can be changed. What controls the layout is located in the \src\views directory and the \src\views\layouts directory. Also the "elements" directory below those. The main scripts are SearchView.php and WebLayout.php
You might want to look into this however - https://www.seekquarry.com/p/Documentation#Embedding%20Yioop%20in%20an%20Existing%20Site
Chris can certainly answer this better than me
