How to Configure YIOOP on several Web Servers with different IP address ???.

I would like to know:
1- How to Configure YIOOP on several Web Servers with different IP address ???
2- How many Web Servers YIOOP needs to index as many sites and Web Page that Google (over 1000 billion Web pages, images, video, etc) ???
What are the characteristics of these Servers needed so YIOOP index more web pages ???
3- Is there a way to develop plugins for Yioop ??? If yes, how ???

and in the video tutorials for Yioop (Video 7):
if you have tried some particular instruction in those places
