Under Manage machines what do the fetcher and queue_server logs look like?

What hardware are you running on?

If you point your browser to
http://localhost/justknow/
does it get anything? i.e., http://localhost/justknow/yioop/ works but the
level up doesn't.

Do you have a file
http://localhost/justknow/robots.txt
forbidding robots?

The fact that the log file is blank leads me to believe it is not starting the queue servers and fetchers. Maybe start them from the command line and test?
