Why are you trying to start the queue server every minute?
Yioop can serve results from a webhosting site using cPanel,
but machines you tend to get in those situations are often highly
underpowered so I wouldn't recommend trying to do your crawl
from there. Crawl on a real machine then upload your crawl
to the hosting site.
